If a picture can say a thousand words then here are 3 thousand expletives that come close to communicating how skiing makes me feel and why I devote most of my life’s time and energy to it.

We raced against the setting sun and shadows to grab these few pow shots after tracking up all the lines on Cardiac Ridge. I was exhausted from the 6K days, but kept rallying mini laps like a rando racer.

I don’t think people realize how tricky it is for photographers to get a great shot with so many variables in light, snow, subject, camera and operator in play. Tommy Chandler showed his brilliance today.
